Pet policy: We are pet friendly! Both dogs and cats are allowed!
Pets - Max 2 Allowed
Pet Deposit: $300 per household
One-time Pet Fee: We do not have a one-time pet fee
Monthly Pet Rent: $35 per household
The weight limit is 80 lbs. per pet
We do allow hamsters, birds, turtles, fish and rabbits. Pet policy fees only apply for cats and dogs. The following breed restrictions apply: Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Bull Mastiffs, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepard’s, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Shar Peis, Siberian Huskies, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf Hybrids or any variation or mixes of these breeds.
